Angie Pearson was raised in northern California and moved to North Carolina in 2005.  She grew up around a family that has a passion for music and was rich in talent, whether it was singing, guitar, piano, drums.  After becoming a Christian when she was a senior in high school, she felt God calling her to serve in the music ministry at her church in California.  At that time she only sang and served as a singer on the worship team.  She later learned to play the guitar and from there she has led worship for the ladies study group, children’s worship on Sunday mornings and Thursday night services.  

Angie has been at SRBC since 2007 and has been serving in the worship ministry for most of her time here.  She is married to Darrin Pearson and has 3 kids: Joey, Matt and Mackenzie.
